When I received it the prisms were not collimated. After watching a few YouTube videos and reading a few articles, I realized I had to adjust the lenses by turning the set screws under the rubber armor. After playing around with it for about half an hour, I was able to point it at the collimator. Kind of an unwanted annoyance, but nothing that can't be fixed. The picture is normal except in low light and at x24. It's easier than it looks. Good feeling with rubber armor, easy to set the tricks. I compared them to my compact Tasco 10x25 binoculars. It's definitely better at night, with wider lenses that let in more light. However, I have to say that Tasco had the best picture during the day. The Barska's image was slightly grayer than the Tasco's, and the Tasco had a wider field of view despite being small. All in all, not a bad product if you can do without the prism alignment.
