Recently, I made an internet purchase from Galil and was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of service I received. Despite the website's lofty claims, the quality of the goods was disappointing. The dark chocolate and almond-covered pretzels tasted stale and had been resting on the shelves for weeks, and this was a problem throughout the store's snack and candy aisle. The food selection was also limited and of poor quality. Unfortunately, the quality I got was well below my expectations. The fact that some of the products arrived broken due to inadequate packaging only added to the frustration. Worse still? The customer support reps I spoke with were unhelpful and unresponsive. In sum, my experience with Galil was negative, and I cannot suggest it. You should look elsewhere to spend your money.
