XYJ Hand forged 8 inch carbon steel chef's knife. This is a great knife and a great deal at these prices. Ideal for everyday use in the kitchen or outdoors, e.g. B. when grilling and camping; and self-defense in emergencies. Has weight and grace. A Viking would be proud to own one. The sheath is discreet and a very nice addition, especially since the knife is very sharp and pointed. With proper care and storage, there is no reason why your grandchildren should not inherit this from you and use it for years to come. (Updated 8/2021. I agree with the reviews that say don't use bone or cut wood as a cleaver. Will damage the blade. Need to cut wood or cut bone? Use an axe).
