I use soy wax daily and know several brands. This soy wax comes in a small 8 ounce pouch. It has larger than average flakes that are surprisingly dry. The flakes were free of impurities, melted evenly and smelled good. Most 444 soy waxes are thick and rich in texture. It covers your hands with a film when you put your hand in your pocket. Sheanefit soy wax flakes do not. They are more rigid, which is good for making 3D candles. I was expecting a softer soy wax 444 as the description said it was suitable for DIY leather conditioning. This wax has a drier texture than other soy waxes I've used and is more stable than soft waxes. It is good for making candles. This can be good for those looking for a stabilizer that isn't as harsh as beeswax for skincare. It would be nice to see a much larger stock for those wanting to use this in bulk. I would probably reorder if it was available in £10.
