Review of the LuReen Online Store: Poor Customer Service

I recently gave the online retailer LuReen, which specializes in clothing, shoes, and jewelry, a try. Despite their great assortment, my overall experience left something to be desired. First of all, I had a little trouble navigating their website. The category I was perusing didn't always stand out, and I got annoyed trying to discover particular goods. When I did make a purchase, I was let down by the product's quality. The website's graphics were fantastic, however the real product fell short of my expectations. It was a major letdown because it appeared and feel shoddy made. To make matters worse, when I needed to return the item, I had trouble getting in touch with their customer service department. It took a long time and was frustrating to have to send several emails before receiving a response. Overall, even though LuReen has a wonderful range of apparel, accessories, and jewelry, I was unsatisfied with my shopping trip. Their website needs work, and the merchandise was of terrible quality. They also provided bad customer service. I doubt I'll do any more purchasing with them in the future.
