Doesn't work - voltage tester
The green light comes on (no battery), you can put it into flashlight mode but you can't use it to determine the voltage because it isn't. If you are looking for an inefficient little flashlight or a wand with a green light at the end, this is the product for you. If you want to determine the tension in a wire, this isn't what you need.
