I bought a Plantronics BT300 USB Bluetooth 2.0 to Bluetooth adapter to use with a Plantronics Voyager Legend headset for Skype and Webex calls. The combination works very well and is easy to set up. This is the fallback approach and the approach I use on the go. In my home office, my favorite thing to use is the Plantronics Blackwire C420 USB headset, which is very comfortable (I can wear it all day) but is a bit bulky for travel. . The Bluetooth set is very compact, but I found I could only wear the earbud for a few hours at a time. So I use one for my home office and the other when traveling. Both approaches provide extremely clean, clear sound, both for me and for those on the other end of the line. In fact, when I transitioned from just using my cell phone to participating in Webex calls, my team members immediately noticed how much better they could hear me.
