A must-have addon especially when dealing w customers and forecasts

The ease of use, accuracy in predicting future trends as well has being able to keep up with all my data at one place is amazing! I haven't found anything that i dislike so far about this product but if there was something it would be great for them improve their customer service department or just hire someone who can answer any questions you have quickly!! Great tool which helps me predict what will happen next year/month etc..
Also keeps track off where your competitors are moving too therefore gives good insight into how they planed ahead compared ti yours.

Pros

Allows easy integration between multiple social media platforms without having an account each time ! You don’t need separate accounts anymore :) And also allows tracking other companies metrics like revenue growth / sales forecasting among others things very handy when tryingto compare competitor performance
