This hair color comb is SUPER SMALL. much smaller than you imagine (smaller than the palm of your hand). Color is not easy to apply. You should be able to brush it out easily to let the color come out, but you should hold the hair very firmly and use the comb to apply as much pressure as you can while pulling it through. It takes several such passes for even a small amount of color to appear. I have used much higher quality brushes in the past. I would not buy it again nor would I recommend it. I bought two and unfortunately missed the return window to return an unopened one.
