Perfect replacement

Has a nice thick flange. The O-ring worked perfectly. Old corroded intakes will require a gasket if the sealing surface is rough.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • There are new competitors

Already 6 months old👍

Fits Edelbrock air intake and yes the o-ring will hold and not leak, great looking and functional product. Many Thanks.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • No automatic controls

Shiny chrome is a less suitable product

This product is lightweight at best. Has a very shiny chrome finish. Should have spent the money on the product not the glitter

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

Nice chrome but very brittle if not carefully installed.

Chrome is very good quality. Be careful because this case is incredibly thin and light aluminum. They purposely give you 7/16 small head screws because a kid is strong enough to tighten them until this thing breaks. Also, ditch that o-ring and grab a $2 gasket. The o-ring will leak over time, and if it comes out of the groove even a little during installation, the body will crack when tightened.

Pros
  • High test results for hold and durability
Cons
  • Hard to say

This fits several GM Small Block applications so may be correct for other applications or vehicles. The fact that my original upper radiator hose didn't work doesn't make much difference, I just tightened the hose clamp, but in the long run it will damage the end if the hose and I buy a new hose with
