I like that it's easy to use, has great customer support, and can be customized for each client needs very well! The platform is also flexible enough so you don't have to stick with one type of analysis method (e.g., PESTEL).

It would be nice if there was more user-friendly options available in terms of setting up reports/analyses from scratch rather than having to go through all of the steps necessary to get an initial report set up. We are using this software as part of our portfolio management process where we're looking at the macroeconomic environment and market trends in order to determine which businesses may benefit from the implementation of new products or services.
