I thought to find information about the order in the personal account of Yulmart, where I purchased it, but was surprised to find that it had already gone bankrupt for a year and the site was not working. Suddenly. In general, in the return form, I honestly indicated all this. Attached photos with the feed of the flash drive and its serial number. What are my chances? Guess three times! Didn't guess. Then miracles began. The very next day, a special person dealing with these issues answered me and said that, they say, yes, there is a problem, but they are being fixed and the replacement was officially confirmed to me. That is the meaning of the text. Here you need to understand that it is unlikely that someone there will analyze what is wrong with my flash drive, especially considering that they already understand the reasons, and, most likely, the return is just a technical issue, a matter of principle. At a price of 200. The old flash drive will simply be disposed of, and a new one will be sent to me. Even taking into account the fact that they do not keep a stock of 8 gigabyte flash drives there (and I have just such a one) specifically to replace defective ones, but simply send from what is available.
