I like how easy it was for my team members at our organization (a non profit)to use this program in order run all of their events with ease!! It's very user friendly once your familiar w/it-very intuitive & logical layout makes sense after 1st time using product.-the fact we could have multiple accounts set up under one main account which made things easier when running different types or sizes of fundraisers - also having separate tabs within each fundraiser type helped keep track what items were sold where during specific dates so there wasn't double entry work if mistakes happen etc..I would say give them some training before implementing but other than just learning from trial an error they've been great about support questions via email / phone calls too! We are able t o easily get reports out quickly without needing someone else who knows Excel better then us since most people don’t know.
