The device I bought worked very well for about 6 months until it broke. The customer service team worked with me to fix the device via email. After the problem could not be fixed, they informed me that a new block would be sent. It took about 3 weeks to receive due to the long distance, but I received a new device for free. They have validated their warranty so I have had good feedback that they stand by their product. I am happy when the replacement device works well for much longer than 6 months.
