Really ugly. You buy it and then it asks you for a "necessary update". She won't work. Verizon has the exact same model with an "E" at the end. You pay a lot more for it and I bet the odds the fix will work on it. The "tech support" for this company is HORRIBLE. This is the lowest tier of outsourced Indian support. It took me about half an hour to get to the point where the guy told me to ignore the prompt which is EVERY TIME IT TURNS ON. To be honest, most of the blame lies with Verizon, who pretended the upgrade failed, but this company's "support" is pathetic.
