I am so happy with my purchase I got my dream set! This set has everything every family needs! I started making all my kids favorite treats. I love that they don't stick and that you can pop food out so easily without making a mess. I think I'll be using this set for many, many years thanks to the steel frame that resists bending and warping. Advantages: 1. Unlike other baking molds, the silicone mold is flexible enough to fold up for storage when needed. This flexibility makes it a little easier to store than traditional baking pans and baking sheets; 2. Silicone resists both hand washing and dishwasher cleaning; 3. No need to oil or lubricate the pans4. The pans heat up quickly and bake evenly with no burnt or darkened edges or bottoms.5. It is very easy to release from the mold - twist slightly or pull slightly on the edges and roll out the dough.6. They have a freezer, fridge, dishwasher and oven safe.7. Bake, store, freeze and reheat directly in the molds.8. No rust or staining.9. There is no need to change the dough or temperature – bake as usual. Disadvantages: 1. You cannot use sharp tools (e.g. a knife) with it. So you have to take the cake out of the pan before slicing. I would recommend this baking set to anyone who loves to bake.
