I was expecting a pillow that at least looked like the picture. Needed so I can sit in bed without a headrest. no The handle breaks at the first attempt to lift it, the pillow itself does not rise. It's premium shredded memory foam, but it's actually 5 pieces of randomly sized scraps of foam that you can feel in their original shape, with a handful of dropped things thrown into a cheap cloth bag and vacuum sealed repeat. The foam I got in my pillow isn't shredded, it's definitely something like a broken office chair pillow or something torn into 5 pieces. Dissatisfied. Lasts 48 hours as stated on the bag but it's a pathetic pillow. Be prepared to put your own foam in this "pocket" if you think you'll use it to actually support the person.
