Looks nice but sucks. Ground Coffee
The product is a bit plasticky by most Kitchenaid standards, but it seemed like a good option until I ground some coffee. Even with 70 grind settings, you don't even come close to the grind needed for a French press, cold brew, or maybe even some drip systems. The previous Kitchenaid grinder had no trouble getting the grind just right so you have to wonder who did the quality control on this product and I'm amazed at how many good reviews it has. This product exists for one reason - to grind coffee. and it fails in that department. Definitely don't buy if you need a coarse coffee grind.
