I love this grinder. I'm a big fan of KitchenAide and have several of their products. And this coffee grinder? The BEST cup of coffee around. It's easy to use and has multiple precise grind settings. The grind size is perfect every time, with the perfect countdown to coffee for those who, like me, can't wait for their morning cuppa. Plus, there's very little clutter (if any!)

Burr grinder with a surprisingly smooth grind. Every cup of coffee is as delicious as the last. The noise level is about half that of other brands we've used (initials HB). The unit has enough weight to stay in place on the counter and not tip over if pushed or bumped. Finding the perfect grind was a simple process, making minor adjustments to the grind size and duration. Very happy with the performance of this product.

The product is a bit plasticky by most Kitchenaid standards, but it seemed like a good option until I ground some coffee. Even with 70 grind settings, you don't even come close to the grind needed for a French press, cold brew, or maybe even some drip systems. I bought this grinder to replace a Cuisinart grinder I had for about 3 years and only used once a day and sometimes less. In comparison. This grinder is so quiet and I love how they've developed a way to select the grind size that's laid out in a handy slider.
