This boat tarpaulin not only protects the inside of my boat, but also the inside of my boat in general from all possible weather conditions and animals. I had to replace my interior from the heat and scorching sun and it wasn't cheap but this cover not only covers my boat from head to toe it even covers the engine. When it arrived I put it on my boat and it rained that night. When I checked everything in the morning I actually had to lift the lid to remove the water that had formed in the puddle but when I looked inside my boat it was completely dry. As I drained the water that had formed a puddle, I watched the water just drip off. The lid didn't get wet either. Now we get a lot more sun as spring is coming and this now protects my boat from the sun. Really easy to use and although it took us two to install it on my boat I love that it protects everything. Not to mention it's not a cheap thin coating that tears easily.
