
CLA or Conjugated Linoleic Acid is a blended supplement. Some people swear by it. Other people think it's voodoo medicine and a waste of money. As with any supplement, most people (myself included) advise that the person do their own research and decide if the product is right for you and your fitness/nutrition needs. If so, great. If not, it's time to leave the party and try something else. The most common questions I hear about CLA are: Does it work? Is it worth the purchase price? Again, what works for one person may not work for another. Everyone's body composition is different. So do your own research. There is no magic bullet on the market. It works out? It's difficult to say. When your nutrition and exercise plan is at the right level, CLA can HELP you achieve your fitness goals. However, it DOESN'T WORK for you alone.โ The man works hard. If your diet and exercise are appropriate while taking CLA, what is the reason CLA or your hard work is winning? It's difficult to say. What I do know for sure is that I have had no internal side effects from taking CLA. Long term use may be a different story. Inflammation? Hm? Additional research needs to be verified. I suggest the same practice to everyone who reads this review. The information is there, read / look. After all, my three star rating isn't because the BB product is bad. No, I just guess time will tell and I don't want to mislead anyone with one or five star reviews.
