My family and I have been using this toaster for a few weeks now and everything is great. We mainly use it for toast and bagels and it's been a pleasure and not a problem. I toast bagels a lot, so I love that it has a bagel feature that toasts the cut side and heats the round side without making it hard and crispy. To do this, place a sliced bagel in the slots, cut sides out, and press the Bagel setting. It will light up to let you know it's on. The toaster also works well with regular toast and has wide slots for thicker breads. The bread is perfectly toasted. There is also a setting for toasting just one slice. The knob on the front is easy to adjust to the desired setting. The crumb tray at the bottom front of the toaster collects crumbs well so they don't fall on the counter. It is easy to pull out and empty. Everyone here is satisfied with this toaster and cannot improve anything. 5 Stars.
