Great grinder for the price. Bought to make cutlets for a child. Does an excellent job with this task. Half a kilo of turkey, in less than a minute, grinds with a bang. Not big enough. The only thing that is not clear is why the spring in the knife mechanism, when installing the motor part, does not immediately hit the joint
