I like how it can be used as an API with its SDKs to provide data visualization in any language or platform you choose. The support documentation could have been better especially when using version 4+. Not sure if this was because we had no previous experience but there were some missing pieces that made finding answers difficult. In particular, their sample code doesn't include the ability to set up multiple instances so one would need additional coding/scripting knowledge. It's great that they are trying out new things but perhaps not ready yet? We are solving our customer engagement problems which includes analytics across different platforms (web, mobile) at scale by providing them insights into what users do most often throughout all channels - where customers click, navigate away from pages etc., as well as helping us create more effective marketing campaigns and experiences.
