I work in a manufacturing facility that requires PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Boots or steel-toed shoes are a must! For wider feet, most steel-toed shoes pinch the toes together. However, it is not! They have plenty of room in the toe box. When walking on the floor, the cushioned insole ensures that my feet don't hurt at the end of the day. The non-slip sole works as described. Often we find water on the ground, the sole of these boots with their non-slip properties prevent me from losing my footing. These shoes have a composite toe, unlike traditional "steel toe" shoes, these shoes don't weigh as much but have the same rating as traditional steel toe shoes. The lining of the shoe is comfortable and quite thick. The heel of the shoe is wide to prevent tipping over. Overall, this is a stylish and comfortable shoe if you work in an environment that requires steel toe shoes. The price tag is correct. I would recommend these shoes to any woman with wide feet that needs toe freedom and the comfort that these shoes provide.
