Review on 🌀 OttLite 15ED420 Natural Swirling Screw by Chris Hazzard

I bought 2 of these bulbs specifically because they were advertised as 'low temp' but they are not. I paint miniatures and have found that the heat from my desk lamp dries the paint on my brushes far too quickly (even with a retarder). I bought these bulbs hoping they would produce less heat but they don't get hot. bright and not yellowish, but "low temperature" is not enough for me.
