Compression rain parka & winter Pack size
I was traveling where I was reading mixed weather reports so reluctantly took my Pacific NW rain parka for cold and persistent rain. The coat turned out to be still superfluous, but a small ball with other winter clothes almost did not take up space in my bag. More compression pockets and a smaller pocket for the next trip!
