Review on AEM 22 470P Polished Intake System by Jeremy Monroe

I ordered this part to replace a short JC Sports air intake on my 2001 Subaru Impreza 2.5RS. The AEM intake is well packaged with decent instructions. The only thing that confused was removing the jigs necessary to steal the correct bolt to attach the intake to the engine block. The intake noise is good. Very clean solid mount and all parts fit perfectly. This intake is MUCH lighter and quieter than my JC sport intake, which actually had a larger OD and heavy black steel. Performance wise it's hard to compare it to the old JC Sport intake but the engine sounds pretty good and great.
