My wife has wanted one of these PTZ cameras for a long time but I wasn't sure I could install it. I'm glad I made this purchase now. This camera can't be beat for the price! The website says it's 20x optical power, but after installing it says it's 36x power, and I believe it. The picture quality is fantastic, the autofocus works very well. For $139 I had to order another without hesitation. From time to time I stumble upon a deal and this time I think I stumbled. I had to buy a 100ft PTZ cable, which is a must, but I found that the camera starts working at night when the infrared LED lights up. This is believed to be only 4 amps at 12 volts from the factory, so I've ordered a 6 amp power supply and will check tomorrow. I still have hope that this will be resolved. Anyone thinking of trying the idea with Cat 6 or 7 cables, forget it - it won't work. I've tried up to a 50ft cable and it won't do what this camera is really capable of. My wife is really excited about the camera and that's enough for me. The camera does what it promises. My biggest disappointment came when I bought a LEFTEX mini controller for it and it didn't work and didn't come with instructions. Eventually I'll find the right controller and let you know which one works.
