This is a good product. This is the fourth teeth whitening product I've tried and the only one that has worked at least decently so far. I'm still thinking? My teeth look brighter after 5 days but still not as white as I would like. But better. I have complex teeth that don't whiten well for some reason. The strips were easy to use and apply and I love that you can wear them at night - just put them on before bed and forget them until morning. I think they say you shouldn't wear them more than 8 hours, but most adults actually sleep more than 8 hours, so that schedule suited me. In addition, they have a pleasant mint taste. I had no sensitivity to them. I would try again sometime to see if they can make my teeth even whiter.
