These strips are better than any other I have tried. Very little sensitivity and only if I leave it longer than 1 1/2 hours. Easier to use and stay in place as it is a thicker band. This is my third box in a few years and I'm sharing it with my husband who loves it too. We're in our 70's and we drink coffee, eat beets, berries and occasionally drink red wine. As long as they keep up the quality I will keep buying.

They whiten well and hold up well, almost like wax clinging to teeth; However, removing them is a nightmare. The strip almost melts on the teeth and does not peel off as a continuous strip. It's like it breaks up into very sticky and sticky bits that you have to scrape off individual teeth. Not to mention my first box was opened and there was no tray inside. They produce some saliva that I have to spit out about every 15 minutes, but it doesn't really matter. For that reason, however, I wouldn't want to sleep in it (as some say in their reviews).
