Error 1 month after Revain's 30 day return policy. The company's RMA policy is not desirable.
After one month of Revain's 30-day return policy, the unit started to malfunction. Incorrect signals were being sent at startup that prevented the Elgato HD60 Pro from initializing. Two different Elgato HD60Pros were tested and they work great once you take this HDMI splitter out of the equation. Also, I tried different HDMI cables to make sure I didn't have a bad cable somewhere. After reviewing Orei's RMA policy I felt that at this point even attempting a refund does not justify the investment of time and money that they would ask of me.
