Review on 🚰 Efficient Replacement Filter for General Electric GXULQR Kitchen by Ana Walker

This filter cannot be reinstalled. That's what happened. He took off the old filter and laboriously unscrewed it. The new filter was not used at any pressure. I tried installing the old filter but to no avail - same problem as the new one. The root of the problem is that the hex "nozzle" on the filter is not aligned with the hex socket in the dispenser cap. Called GE and forwarded 6 times. They claim to be unaware of this issue (see other negative Revain reviews). All they were willing to do was charge me another $25 for a whole new unit (with filter) so I could call a plumber to reinstall the whole thing. Don't buy this unless you plan on never changing the filter.
