The product came in a box with two bags of different sizes; One bag had longer sticks, around 6-7 inches, the other 4-5 inches. I received the same number of chopsticks of each size, and the wands were all thick, about 1 inch square. There were very few breaks, which is impressive when transporting such a soft stone; only a few thin flakes came off the sides, one or two, and the sticks that dropped the flakes were still thick. There was quite a bit of white powder on the stones but I think that really helped with shipping because it kept the stones from scratching; When I gently washed/wiped them the powder came off easily and the stones were very smooth. The color was slightly milky to transparent in quality. I have enjoyed ordering at a fair/reasonable price from a supplier who seems to have a strong focus on product quality based on this experience. (Got a free advertised bismuth crystal)
