Review on 💺 Enhance Your Workstation Comfort with NOUHAUS ErgoTASK/ErgoDRAFT - Ergonomic Task/Draft Chair with Headrest and Wheels (Grey, ErgoDraft) by Janelle Nelson

Almost perfect but with a few blemishes

I bought this chair based on other reviews. I bought this because I recently bought a Varidesk standing desk (adjustable) and needed a chair that would work with it. I'm 6'2" tall with a slim build. From the front, the build quality of the chair is fantastic. Other office chairs I've had have handles that are screwed into the chipboard seat base (which never lasts long). This chair is in molded a durable plastic construction that should last for years. Now for the problems (of which there are several) 1.) Any slightest pressure on the backs of my legs from the front of the seat, to prevent this I have to sit on the edge of the chair , also in the lowest position and sitting on the back with shoes my feet barely touch the ground 2.) In the maximum position it is too short to stand desk at my working standing height Luckily Varidesk has memory settings so I have to lower my desk, when going from standing to full length sitting 3.) Wheels are driving me crazy The wheels keep locking up, I don't want to buy a separate set of wheels to fix them to repair. his problem. 4.) The footrest, which is used to support the feet in the highest position, is constantly lowered. The design is imperfect. Because of these four points, I award the chair three stars. I would like this chair to be about 2 inches lower on the lowest setting and 2 inches higher on the highest setting. I wish it had non-locking wheels (which should be optional). I wish the footrest had a better design so you can put it up and forget it. I'll keep the chair, but it's not perfect.
