You can only make a small amount of smoothie at a time and you have to cut all your fruit to get tiny pieces and crush the ice or it won't work and I need 10 to 15 minutes to make a smoothie to get the right consistency so I end up using my Vitamix and it takes me 2 minutes to make my smoothie. I wish I could send it back but it's just a waste of my return shipping If I send it back I'll only give you a $2 refund so I'll just shove it in my pantry somewhere which is really sad I'll give one star 😞🙁
