Disclaimer. I work in a laboratory and am used to the sensitive handling of devices. This printer is down and its support is terrible. There was a hole in the FEP film that came with the printer and resin was leaking through the LCD screen. Then the LCD screen stopped emitting light. The replacement FEPs and LCDs (at my expense) either fell out or stuck together, preventing me from removing the FEP that was ruining the LCD. I went through 3 FEPs and 3 LCDs and was told by customer service that my Amazon order is not eligible for a replacement or refund. Avoid this printer, treat yourself to a different brand and model. The money I spent on spare parts could have given me a better printer.
