Doesn't melt when welding or soldering
This nozzle tip is great, it's on the Lincoln HD 180 at 240v. at the highest E setting with a .045 gasless flux core, 5/8 wire welds the steel on the outside of farm implements and won't melt like the famous Lincoln & Miller brands. Got through 3/4 of a 10 lb roll and the tip still looks very good. It's made of some kind of heavy, high-temperature polymer. I will be buying more of these attachments to keep the trailer welding, best I have found for the Magnum100L pistol.
