Review on BORT Flexible Filament Dimmable Bulb, Equivalent to... by Casey Estrada

Just took this out of the box so can't speak to durability but it's an attractive lamp that Luckily it looks exactly like the picture and the shade is about what I would expect a warm white to be. This is a cheap lamp so my expectations were pretty low and they are about as good as I expected. Looking at a few bright photos it becomes pretty obvious that the color reproduction is just ahh at best. The colors look very washed out compared to the same photo lit with the GE lights I have in the cover lenses (CRI 95+). So I think their CRI is probably pretty bad, I have a few flashlights in the 70-80 CRI range that look about as good, but I don't have a professional light meter to take accurate measurements. I use them as extra accent lighting and they are perfect for that. I would strongly advise against using them as the main light source. 5 star rating (they met my expectations even if they're not perfect) BUT one of the four I got in the package wasn't the right shade. Rather than being a warm white, it's a much cooler shade, warmer than I would expect from a "daylight" bulb, but when placed next to one of the other three it's definitely blue, around 3500K , I think. Luckily I only needed 3 for the fixture I installed it in, so I put the extra bulb in another rarely used fixture.
