That thing is LONG!

*Update* I dropped my phone ONCE on the pavement and the screen shattered in the lower right corner. We were unable to find a compatible case or screen protector as the device is so new. Pretty angry, but there's not much I can do. ********************* Copied everything through the SmartSwitch app and I am fascinated that I can use it for almost everything except calls and texts due to Defects in a SIM card. unlike my previous experience with phones like the Xperia bricking up when the SIM card was missing. From the description I got the impression that it is not about two SIM cards, but the compartment is opened with a small metal pin. and lo and behold, these are two SIM cards! I think it will come in handy if I ever go abroad again. Setting the options actually took a couple of hours, there's a lot here that I needed to read more about and decide what to enable or disable. Still blown away that you can't just turn down the ringer enough to turn off the vibration with the buttons as well, instead of going into the settings for that. The keyboard on this phone is bigger than on my old phone, so I get fewer typos with Swype, but some of them still annoy me. for example, "read” becomes "raff”, "das” becomes "there”, among other things. I can't open the back myself to view/swap the internal battery, but I think this puts me more in lithium territory than previous phones. It looks like the tiny holes in the top and bottom of the case could push the back out. I won't try, but I wonder if it's true. The camera seems to have improved a lot. I won't know how the speaker/microphone works until I buy a nano SIM card so I can make calls normally. It's a pretty glossy iridescent blue on the case, already smudged to death with fingerprints. used to having something that uses C-USB. So used to it and have a billion micro USB cables floating around. I also couldn't figure out why my calendar was moving all my events forward by one day until I found out it was set to the Vietnamese time zone. And when it started, it was in Italian. This is what happens when you buy an international phone 🤷‍♀️

Pros

Cons
