I've never used anything like this so I really missed the instructions. I was able to assemble it quite well and they provided you with some pictures and a lot of text, but I couldn't figure out how to remove the screw after using it. This is why I almost sent it back thinking I broke it because the instructions seem to say you should be able to remove the bolt. However, after googling other drills (since there was no video of this model from either other customers or the manufacturer) I realized that I needed to retract the part that holds the drill in the area around the handle. incl. Otherwise top product for the price. I've drilled through both concrete blocks and brick and while I wouldn't say it was "like butter" like some have said, the firm grip and low effort required made it definitely very easy to use.
