It definitely makes my lips fuller. The effect lasts for hours. I've only been using it for a few weeks, so I can't comment on the long-term effects. However, I'm deducting a star because the pump isn't the most functional. Dispenses too much product at once. The way it's done, you have no control over how much comes out. Every time I use it I feel like it's a waste of time. Otherwise I can only recommend it and will buy it again.
