Love this knife! This knife is excellent for cutting fish. I used it for a salmon I cooked for my family this weekend. It cuts very well and has a comfortable grip. The knife also comes with a ventilated plastic cover that stays in place well if you need to use it outdoors. It also comes with a sharpener. Most knives don't have these extra features. I personally also like the color of this knife. The curved shape makes it easier to cut up the fish. I am very happy with my purchase.
