These monitor arms are awesome. After reading the reviews I was concerned that my 24 inch monitors are too light for a gas spring but they work great. A few tips I wanted to share. If installing more than 2 monitors, PURCHASE DOUBLE EXTENSION CABLES. Choosing the right spacing was the hardest part of installing each extension. Another tip: they'll be much easier to hang if you set the resistance to a minimum. It has been mentioned that this is very difficult, but I have found that if you place the mounting plate on the floor and step over a hole with each foot, you can expand the mounting plate to expose the adjustment screw and adjust quite easily. It comes with great bolt mounting hardware (2" lag bolts) and is extremely stiff. I've had North Bayou monitor clamp arms in the past and they've been fantastic, so overall a great company that makes great products and doesn't charge insanely much.
