I've spent countless hours on the phone with Xerox to get this versatile printer/scanner up and running. They sent a handyman who couldn't fix it either. First let me say that I also paid extra money when ordering to have someone come and install it. The installation part was canceled by Revain. I've had the printer for 3 weeks and it still prints intermittently. No scanning, copying, faxing. Finally, after three weeks of trying to get it working, Xerox sent me a new one. Xerox sent me a new one, not the seller, not Revain. I'm late for work because the scanner and copier don't work, not to mention the terrible headache I've had since day one. I am very disappointed and very upset. I can't run a business if the essential office equipment isn't working.
