Because my recently purchased 2006 GMC Envoy uses a standard uncoded ignition key and has a power entry/alarm system and does not come with a remote control, I ordered this unit. It arrived well packaged and accompanied by a card with a web address for help. I contacted them straight away via their chat and within seconds they sent me a PDF link with instructions! The instructions were very simple and in just a few minutes my remote was programmed and fully operational. It is very durable, comes with a freshly installed battery and is ergonomically perfect. Definitely one of the best products I've ever bought!
