Cheaply made, you can't call it cheap.
It's cheap but I won't be very happy using it as I feel like cheap quality every time. There are no hems, the threads hang from the stitches, the uneven cut below is visible as a crease, the stitches are too loose, it's polyester and feels more like it. Too big, and the next small size is too small! pajama style!
