This is a brilliant idea. The bottle is divided into 2 separate compartments. The top is 24 ounces for liquids and the bottom screws into a separate compartment (8 ounces) that's advertised as waterproof. The entire bottle weighs 32 ounces, but only 24 ounces are for liquids. We plan to use it for water sports and the beach where we can keep car keys and credit cards downstairs where it stays dry. I've poured water on it and left it in the sink with water and so far so good (but plan on putting small items back in the zip just in case). I have a light pink, chic. One star deducted due to a small design flaw. The neck is smooth throughout (unlike Hydroflask or Takeda which have a lip) so you can't attach a paracord grip.
