These features are hard to beat at this price point. For $60 you get a reliable wide-angle camera (90 degrees), a smooth and clear camera (1080p at 60 fps) with autofocus, and a protective case when you're not using it. In terms of value, it's certainly hard to beat more established brands like Logitech, although I can't comment on the support as I haven't had any issues with this product so far. I've never heard of NexiGo before picking it up, but I'm impressed. Definitely recommend.
