I have been using this service for over 2 years now because of their awesome customer support team! We started with 3-4 companies but later realized only 1 was working out so we moved all our campaigns (around 15) there at once. It helped us gain trust from clients which resulted in more work as well. And they keep you updated regarding your current status also. Sometimes there are some delays when new posts come into newsfeeds though. But other than these minor issues everything went very smoothly till date. If anyone needs any help related to public relation/media exposure services then this will be one stop solution just like my previous experiences! The best part of having worked out here is its affordability!! As compared to others, the rates were not much higher either considering number of leads/clicks generated per day etc. I like how fast they get back with you when contacting your prospect! It’s also great having all of our contacts in one place so we can quickly find someone for any given situation. Nothing yet but will let others know once there are issues/questions/complaints etc. We have used other lead generation companies before which took too long to respond and were not as thorough in their research process.
